Woman Dies After Being Pinned Between Pallets

A woman was discovered in a sem itrailer that was delivering lettuce to a distribution center. Her body was pinned between two pallets.

"Preliminary autopsy results indicate the cause of death to be due to compressional asphyxiation and at this point in the investigation, her death appears to be accidental," Kraemer said.

The victim and her husband were at a Dole plant in Yuma picking up a load for their semi-truck when she went missing. It is unknown how the accident occurred. Police are still investigating.
