Truck Driver in Oklahoma Deadly Wreck Could Face Negligent Homicide Charges

This story keeps growing for those who have kept track of this catastrophic trucking collision that has thus far killed 10 people. Now newsok.com is reporting that the driver of the vehicle could face 10 counts of negligent homicide.

According to the website

District Attorney Eddie Wyant said that based on what he knows now about Friday’s crash on the Will Rogers Turnpike, the driver of the truck, Donald Creed, 76, of Willard, Mo., could face one count of negligent homicide for each of the 10 people killed in the crash.
