Saw this interesting article on Texaswatch.org. It entitled False Choice: Doctors or accountability" and does a wonderful job of painting the true impact of tort reform in Texas. It once against exposes us to the lies and distortions by corporations, doctors, and insurance companies in there ongoing efforts to buy legislatures into giving them virtual immunity.
