Thanks to Joe Sanders out of Florida for his blog where he discusses FDA approval and what it really means as to the safety and efficacy of a drug. I think the more drug litigation I become a part of, the more questioning I become on any new drug approved by the FDA. From Fen-phen to Ortho Evra, we see more and more drugs with dangerous side effects harming the public while drug companies suppress the evidence in favor of profits.
