Its been a few weeks since I've been able to blog as I've had two trials in back to back weeks.  So as my mind is rather cloudy still from lack of sleep, I thought I might post a short blog about what a special thing it is to be a trial lawyer and have the opportunity to represent individuals in personal injury cases.  Its truly a thrill to have the opportunity to tell a jury the truth when he defendant is bound and determine to cloud the truth.  

So when you are involved in car wreck, trucking accident or are the victim of medical negligence and nursing home abuse, talk to an experienced trial lawyer and seek justice.   Today's society has clouded what justice is in our civil system and I can assure you that it is there.  No corporate or insurance lobbying and misleading information to the public can hide the truth in front of 12 men and women.

By the way, if you want to know, we were victorious in both trials.
